Restoring Hope aims to create a safe and comfortable environment for both practitioners and clients. To ensure a fair and respectful working environment, we have set forth the following terms and conditions when booking and using our service:

1. *Practitioners shall adhere to the basic Rules of Use:

   • To report any broken and/or damages found or caused to the property.

   • To not share door codes, WIFI password, or other privacy details with any other third party, unless given prior written consent.

   • To turn off all lights and the air con if you are the last person to exit the centre.

   • To return furniture/items to the original position they were found in, if such items were moved for convenience during the session.

   • To maintain the cleanliness of the rooms.

2. Practitioners are eligible to claim a complimentary 10th session after 9 successful bookings made within the same calendar month.

3. Practitioners may discontinue use of Restoring Hope's service and request to cancel their account and/or any services at any time. 

4. Restoring Peace Counselling & Consultancy holds the right to permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend the practitioner's access to the service without notice and liability if, in our sole determination, the practitioner violates any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.

5. Practitioners agree to indemnify and hold Restoring Peace Counselling & Consultancy harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with the services offered on the website.

Restoring Peace Counselling & Consultancy reserves the right to modify these terms at our sole discretion. Kindly review the Terms and Conditions periodically when booking rooms. Practitioners' continued use of the website or our service after any such change constitutes their acceptance of the new Terms.

*Practitioners refer to those who book and rent the rooms at Restoring Hope.
